Ouch! Reminds me of when some of my favorite shirts came off badly in a confrontation with the washing machine in Paris. Bad, bad, bad.

Isn't it ridiculous how attached we get to certain items of clothing (or shoes)? You hold onto them for as long as possible, long after you really should have gotten rid of them, because they start feeling almost like family and tossing them feels

Hey, have you tried Oxyclean? I've left clothes that I thought were ruined FOR SURE soaking in an Oxyclean/water mix for days and they've come out sparkling. Give it a try!

RIP DYM shirt. I HATE it when I lose a loved piece of clothing. This week it was a pair of slacks over here. They have been my absolute favoritest for about 6 years. They are black and pleated and look fabulous no matter what I weigh (within a 15 lb radius). When they went, I wanted to have a memorial service and cry. I couldn't throw them away, so am sincerely thinking of taking them
